| Brodick Golf Club is a roughly 15-minute walk from Brodick Pier. On the summer timetable, a Caledonian MacBrayne car ferry service operates five times per day from Ardrossan on the mainland to Brodick (www.calmac.co.uk for Arran timetables), with a sixth crossing late on Fridays. |

| The very popular annual Brodick Golf Week at the beginning of May, now in its 41st year, attracts visiting players from far and wide, while the two-day Arran Open at the beginning of June each year is an immensely popular feature on the Brodick calendar. |
